I just had my first Expanded Media class with Dr Emile. He seemed like a cool guy!
We didn't do much today. He went on explaining briefly about what the module is all about bla bla.
Oh the classroom is super cool! it's actually a multipurpose gallery. The lighting, the beanbags. Everything was awesome!
We did a lil reading as well. It was about Walter Benjamin's article 'The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction'.
Emile also reminded us to keep a logbook. We need to jot down everything we learn in there. Awesome! i have one already!
First Assignment: Work in pairs and create a 6-10 narrative photos. yeay!
